Our formulations are produced with purposeful, carefully selected active ingredients. The educational content on this website does not substitute for personalized medical advice from a dermatologist. We always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before incorporating new active ingredients.

Prepaid orders are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Cash on Delivery is also available on serviceable PIN codes — the exact amount is collected in cash when your parcel is delivered.

Product pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable GST. An order is confirmed once payment is authorized and captured (prepaid) or confirmed at checkout (COD).

Shipping is calculated at actual courier rates for your delivery pin code via our Shiprocket courier partners, and the exact charge is displayed in the checkout summary before you pay. Deliveries are fulfilled across serviceable Indian pin codes, with live tracking accessible at our Track Order page.

Orders can be cancelled before warehouse dispatch. Unopened, factory-sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (via Razorpay for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days of inspection. Full details live on our Returns page.
