Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Cancellations are free before dispatch.
Damaged parcel?
Report it within 48 hours with unboxing photos and we arrange a replacement or full refund — no arguments.

Need an address update?
If you need to adjust your shipping address, notify our care team immediately at jalhanssolis@gmail.com before your package is dispatched — once it's with the courier, we can't redirect it.
